Located in the heart of Minneapolis’ Northeast Arts district, we offer several bright, welcoming event spaces including a beautiful sunlit dining area, spacious lobby, large gymnasium, and conference rooms.

Flexible Planning

Bring your own food, book your favorite caterer*, or choose one of our recommended vendors! With no restrictions on catering, you have the flexibility to choose the food that best suits your event and best fits your budget.
*Beverage caterer must have a liquor-catering license. Contact us if you have questions about your vendor!

With conference rooms for group sizes ranging from 10 to 100 and hourly pricing on weekdays, our event spaces are a perfect fit for your next corporate retreat, conference, or off-site business meeting.  Our facility has ample parking and is easily accessible by bus or bike from downtown Minneapolis.


Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions

Our unique layout allows you to go from ceremony to reception seamlessly, with space for a cocktail hour or mingling in between. Say, “I do,” in our beautiful, sunny Community Room and then dance the night away with up to 300 guests in our expansive gym space.

Wedding Rates

You will have access to the space from 2:00 pm – 12:00 am on the day of your event.

Community Room:

  • $700 for up to 100 guests


  • $2,100 for 201-300 guests

  • $1,750 for up to 200 guests

Additional Spaces:

  • Kitchen: $200

  • Community room with gym: +$100
