We help ensure that older adults are valued, socially and intellectually engaged, and able to live in community. Our programming supports an intergenerational community that focuses on health and well-being for all generations.
We serve older adults through:
Vital Living: Caregiving Services, Health & Wellness Classes, Tech Classes, Volunteer Engagement
Accessible Transportation: Rides to appointments, errands and shopping
Food Security: Metro Food Programs, High Rise Mobile and Senior Food Shelves
Work Readiness: Senior Community Service Employment Program training for people 55+
More information about our older adult classes and programming can be found on our event calendar, or by calling 612-787-4086 or 612-781-6011.
