Our Vital Living programs, senior transportation, and senior dining help ensure that older adults are valued, socially and intellectually engaged, and able to live in community.

Vital Living connects older adults and their families to services and resources that expand their choices for remaining independent in their own homes and enhancing connection to community. We provide:

  • evidence-based health and wellness classes on fall prevention and disease self-management

  • Story Circles to help reduce isolation

  • educational programming and exercise classes to improve quality of life

  • support services for family and friends caring for an older adult to manage stress, connect to resources and plan for the future and

  • intergenerational engagement and volunteer opportunities to increase community involvement and create the opportunity for different generations to build relationships with and learn from each other.

We support a community where neighbors grow up and grow old together.
