Become a Certified Nursing Assistant!

East Side Neighborhood Services is beginning our FREE Nursing Assistant+ Class on February 10, 2020! Participants will complete courses at Minneapolis College and East Side Neighborhood Services over 11 weeks. Classes are 4 days a week from 8 am—2:30 pm.

If you are interested in applying you must attend an information session. Dates for the remaining information sessions:

• Friday, January 17, 1 pm – 3 pm

• Thursday, January 23, 9 am - 11 am

• Tuesday, February 4, 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm

*You will be asked to complete the TABE reading and math test when you come to apply, which usually takes about an hour to complete.

Eligibility Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 8th Grade Reading and Math Level

• Able to fully commit your time for 11 weeks

• Ability to pass a background check Able to work in the United States

• Can handle the sight of blood and bodily fluids

• Have good time management

• A passion to help others!
