Family Healing Program

COVID-19 Update

The Family Healing Program (FHP) made the decision in March of 2020 to cancel all in-person groups. We are currently working to determine how to return to in-person group sessions while leaving opportunity for those in need of virtual programming. Group members will be contacted directly as the return to in-person programming approaches.

FHP is grateful to have been able to offer virtual programming to our community during this global crisis.  We are excited at the possibility of planning a return to in-person sessions and welcome you to return to our websites for updates.

About Family Healing

The Family Healing Program envisions a community that is free of violence. We hope to lead the initiative towards personal changes in the attitude and behaviors of people who use violence. This will help change societal structures that support abusive behaviors and permanently eliminate violence.

The Family Healing Group offers person centered, trauma-informed healing services people who have been identified as using abusive behaviors within their home or community setting. Our psycho-educational groups work to stop domestic violence as it occurs, and to prevent it from happening in the future.

The Family Healing Program adheres to and is in compliance with the MN State Statute 518B.02. Referral is required. Services are offered to those in need, subject to program capacity. If you are interested in receiving services, email FHPOrientation@esns.org or call 507.519.0499 to schedule an orientation.

  • Men’s Orientation is offered the first Thursday of the month at 11 AM and the third Thursday at 5 PM.

  • Women’s Orientation is by appointment only.
