If you have ever thought of writing down your memories, but don’t know where to start, this is a great way to start the process.
Hosted by Hennepin County Library, facilitated by East Side Neighborhood Services’ Project EVA, and funded in part by a Live Well at Home grant through the MN Department of Human Services. There is no cost to attend.

Living Well with Chronic Conditions helps you discover healthier nutrition options and exercise choices; learn how to improve communication with your family and healthcare professionals concerning your health and well-being; find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue; and develop skills to get the support you need. This class meets two and a half hours once a week for six weeks.

Join CP to celebrate the holidays with musical guests. Your cash or healthy food donations support local families in need. Pre arrival festivities begin at 7:00 pm, including music, bonfires, crafts and refreshments. The train arrives at 7:55 pm, with a special show from 8:15-8:45 pm.

All donations benefit East Side Neighborhood Services' Metro Food Programs! The Metro Food Programs include: the High Rise Mobile Food Shelf, which brings food to residents of 46 buildings across Hennepin County; the Senior Food Shelf, serving over 1,000 older adults yearly; and the Glendale Food Shelf, which supplies a wide variety of culturally-specific foods that are staples to the diets of Glendale Townhomes community members.
