• Academic Success – We support youth to improve their attendance and performance in school, set goals for their future, and prepare for post-secondary education and training.

• Employability and Job Skills Development – Participants learn important skills to help them find and keep jobs like: employer expectations and communication, time management, resume writing and interviewing, networking and on-line job searching.

• Training, internship and volunteer opportunity linkages – We make connections between work skills trainings, internships and volunteer work, which helps youth gain on-the-job experience that will help them get a job.

• Employment – Youth apply the skills and experience they gain to apply for jobs and get hired! Financial literacy skills like bank account management and expense budgeting carry with them after their experience.
