EAST SIDE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES

Senior Community

Independence, Access and Prevention

ESNS Senior Community staff assist seniors to remain in their homes for as long as they can with the help they need to stay healthy, safe and engaged citizens. By maximizing independence, learning new skills, engaging in community and fostering friendships and maintaining a sense of well-being, we believe our programs nurture healthy aging and inspire seniors of all ages to live life to the fullest.
