Living Well with Diabetes is a self-management workshop that covers many techniques to deal with symptoms of diabetes: fatigue, pain, hyper/hypoglycemia, stress, and depression as well as topics such as healthy eating, exercise, medication usage, and working effectively with health care providers. Participants will set goals, share experiences, and help each other to solve problems they encounter. This self-management workshop meets Tuesday afternoons for six weeks. All participants receive a reference book.
