Want to work 20 hours each week?
Do you live in Hennepin County?

This is an employment training program where you earn minimum wage ($8.00/hr) while developing your skills as you update your resume to achieve unsubsidized employment. If you are a Hennepin County resident 55 or older, unemployed and income-eligible, you can:

  • Gain valuable on the job training while serving your community
  • Work in a local nonprofit (i.e. libraries, schools or community centers)
  • Work 20 hours per week to develop job skills while job searching for unsubsidized employment
