Camp Registration
Online registration and sliding scale forms will be ready February 8, 2013.
If you need financial assistance, please talk with our camp director or camp registrar.

Each camper’s registration must include a minimum $50 deposit to hold their spot, again if you need financial assistance, please talk with our camp director or camp registrar. Payments are accepted in cash or check (made payable to “ESNS Camp Bovey”) at this time. Registration forms and deposits can be dropped off at East Side Neighborhood Services in-person Monday – Fridays during business hours. They can also be mailed to:

Camperships
We believe all kids should experience the benefits of camp. If the total cost of camp is not affordable, we encourage anyone to request a grant through our campership program. All grant requests are confidential. To download the application,

**Please note: All campership requests
must
be submitted with the registration form. Incomplete campership requests will
not
be processed.
Cancellation policy
The $50 Registration Fee is not refundable.
Refunds of camper fees will only be considered if your cancellation is made more than two weeks prior to the first day of the camper session. No refunds can be granted within two weeks of the camper session. Additionally, no refund will be granted if a camper returns home early due to illness, behavior, or any other cause. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (ATTN: Camp Director) in order to be considered.
If ESNS needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances
and
the camper is unable to attend an alternate session, your money, less the $50 registration fee, will be returned to you.
A written request for a refund will be
considered
if it is due to financial hardship or extenuating circumstances.
